Choose your level, do two, three or even four sessions per week

Each one of our workouts are safe, effective and will fit the busiest of schedules. 

Led by a qualified trainer, these sessions are scientifically proven and designed to help decrease the risk of diseases, burn fat & tone your body at the same time. 

STEP 2

Follow your own individualised age-appropriate plan

We know that customised age-based training is key to a happy, long life! We will provide you with a training plan to suit your goals, abilities and injuries that will 100% cater to your capabilities. 

Your trainer will take you through your program every week, so you don't need to remember a thing! Our clients love just turning up and being told what to do - it takes all the stress out of remembering various exercises. So you can spend your session destressing and focusing on how good it feels to move.
