We run Transformation Retreats for those who really want to hit the ground running and laser focus in on their goals in a short period of time. Lose weight, get fit, challenge yourself and feel great! Results are amazing! 

This program is only for those who want real change and aren’t afraid to work for it. Only apply if you're willing to prioritize your health and give it 100%. All abilities and fitness levels are welcome. It’s not where you’re starting from that matters to us, but your attitude and commitment.

 

4 Week Pre-Program - Kick-start Your Results

The program includes a 4-week online pre-program which takes you through exactly what you need to do to rapidly improve your health, increase your fitness or lose weight. This is where a lot of the magic happens. We work with you on your individual goals, educate you on not just the 'what' but the 'why' surrounding good habits.

  • You'll learn about good nutrition and be provided with a list of foods to deliver maximum results.
  • You'll be given a tailored exercise program for your unique needs and/or injuries.
  • You'll be given a weekly exercise schedule to ensure you are hitting that sweet spot regarding how much activity is needed to reach your goals.
  • You'll receive weekly education sessions to help you build a solid knowledge base around key health topics that will provide long-term success. We go deeper than simply nutrition and exercise to provide you with a solid understanding of the key pillars of good health.
  • You'll receive a weekly accountability check-in to ensure that you are on track.
  • Online group support - groups of 10 people ensure you get the community and support you need.

Retreat - Accelerate Progress and Have Fun!

The program finishes with a retreat (retreats vary between 4-7 days). On retreat you will cement all the things you have learnt throughout the program and have a week away to really focus on filling any knowledge gaps that need filling. It is an opportunity to get away from life's distractions with like-minded people so you can really focus on your own health. 

  • Whole foods - all high-quality meals provided. No cheap nasty filler ingredients. Only quality ingredients are used.
  • Daily workouts, walking and yoga options.
  • Nightly mediation to learn new techniques to relax.
  • Nutrition and cooking education.
  • Group education and discussion.
  • Fun group activities to take you out of your comfort zone.

All retreat activities are optional. We encourage participants to do it all, but also understand that you might need a bit of extra rest on some days, so it is not mandatory to do all elements every day.

Post Program - For Long-Term Success

We are committed to your long-term success so we follow-up the program with a post program meeting to ensure you have a plan for your future and can work through what your post retreat plans need to be. We make sure you have everything you need and are confident in your next steps to continue your own journey towards better health.
