MELON BREAKFAST BOWL

This would have to be one of the quickest and easiest healthy breakfast options I can think of. It’s loaded with a power house of nutrition and tastes amazing! The cool juicy texture of the melon mixes deliciously with the yoghurt and other ingredients. The melon acts as your bowl so you even get to cut down on dishes !

Preparation Time: 2 minutes!!

Ingredients

– between 1/2 & 1/3 of a small cantelope or other melon       (depending on your size and appetite)

– Small handful of walnuts

– Small handful of blueberries and raspberries

– sprinkle of pepita seeds

– 2 heaped Tbsns plain greek yoghurt

– sprinkle cinnamon – OPTIONAL

Method

1. Scoop out seeds from melon.

2. Fill with yoghurt.

3. Sprinkle berries, walnuts, cinnamon and pepitas on top. Serve.
