Fat Burning HIIT workout!
Here’s a quick snippet of one of our superstar 40+ female clients running through a common HIIT style workout that we run our PT clients through. She also did a flexibility/ mobility warm-up prior and her full body resistance program after.
This is just one of the hundreds of variations of different style HIIT workouts we use with our clients for maximum calorie burning!! In this one we put lots of plyometric jumping exercises (As Ange has no knee issues etc..) which is great for increasing the intensity of the workout. Awesome for improving your strength and balance, with the added benefit of fat burning.
