Preparation Time: 8 minutes
- Plain yoghurt (Jalna)
- 1 punnet blueberries
- Thread blueberries on skewers.
- Lay some yoghurt on a flat plate and smooth out.
- Roll the blueberries in the yoghurt until fully covered.
- Lay on a sheet of baking paper and freeze in freezer. (avoid having them touch as they’ll stick together)
