Frozen Blueberry-Yoghurt Kabobs

Preparation Time:  8 minutes


  • Plain yoghurt (Jalna)
  • 1 punnet blueberries
  • Skewers


    1. Thread blueberries on skewers.
    2. Lay some yoghurt on a flat plate and smooth out.
    3. Roll the blueberries in the yoghurt until fully covered.
    4. Lay on a sheet of baking paper and freeze in freezer. (avoid having them touch as they’ll stick together)

Serves: 1 to 2
