Preparation Time: 4 minutes
- 1/2 large ripe avocado
- 2 kiwis, peeled (if organic, you can keep peels on if you like)
- 3/4 cup coconut water or water
- juice from 1/2 a lime
- 1 tablespoons linseeds or chai seeds, optional
- 4 ice-cubes
- Put all ingredients in a blender, with liquid at bottom.
- Blend to a smooth texture and pour into a glass to serve.
