Blackberry & Cherry – Green Smoothie

Preparation Time:  3 minutes


  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 cup cherries, stones removed
  • 1 cup spinach, kale or chard
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water or water (preferably filtered)
  • 2 tablespoons linseeds or chai seeds
  • 5 ice-cubes


  1. Put all ingredients in a blender, with liquid at bottom.
  2. Blend to a smooth texture and pour into a glass to serve.
