Preparation Time: 3 minutes
- 1 cup frozen blackberries
- 1 cup cherries, stones removed
- 1 cup spinach, kale or chard
- 4 fresh mint leaves
- 1 1/2 cups coconut water or water (preferably filtered)
- 2 tablespoons linseeds or chai seeds
- 5 ice-cubes
- Put all ingredients in a blender, with liquid at bottom.
- Blend to a smooth texture and pour into a glass to serve.
