If you’re a chocolate lover and need a hit now and again, this one is for you! Only four ingredients and best of all they are all super healthy, packed full of nutrition and the final product tastes amazing….it’ll almost feel wrong that something this great tasting is actually GOOD for you!
Preparation Time: 4 minutes
Ingredients
> 1 avocado, skin and seed removed
> 1 banana, peeled
> 3 dates, pitt removed
> 2 tablespoons cacao, cocoa or carob powder
Optional:
> handful crushed cashews, sprinkle of desiccated coconut
Method
1. Add all ingredients into a blender with a little water and blend. (Nutribullet’s are great for this!)
2. Serve up in small bowls and garnish with crushed cashews and desiccated coconut (optional).
