Everything begins with goal setting. During this half hour one-on-one meeting with one of our expert fitness trainers, clients detail their goals, their current diet and lifestyle, their medical history, their schedule, available time, and budget.

Measuring

In order to reach your destination, we need to understand clearly where clients are, fitness-wise. After consultation, our clients undergo a comprehensive fitness evaluation. This involves clients going through both active and passive tests that allow us to better gauge their current fitness levels (flexibility, core strength, range of motion and cardio fitness) as well as other vital information including their body fat composition, their heart rate and their waist circumference.

Training

After a thorough assessment, we then proceed to design our clients’ training program, factoring in their fitness goals. On top of a personal training routine, some clients are given an exercise program that they can perform on their own. In order for our clients to reach their goals quickly, we also provide them with nutritional advice.

Results & Program Re-evaluation

When you subject the body to consistent training, there’s no other way to go but to improve. LOVE LOVE LOVE...
I have been training at TBFT over 1.5 yrs and I still love it!
All 3 trainers are awesome and make sure you work your bum off in every session. Then you literally see your bum shrinking because you get results...and fast!
It's a great place for fitness (of course) and a social chat.
Rob always encourages healthy eating and gives extra hints and tips to get the most out of your health and fitness goals.
In summary again....LOVE LOVE LOVE.
