LOVE LOVE LOVE...
I have been training at TBFT over 1.5 yrs and I still love it!
All 3 trainers are awesome and make sure you work your bum off in every session. Then you literally see your bum shrinking because you get results...and fast!
It's a great place for fitness (of course) and a social chat.
Rob always encourages healthy eating and gives extra hints and tips to get the most out of your health and fitness goals.
In summary again....LOVE LOVE LOVE.

All the people and trainers are super motivating and supportive and want you to get the best out of your session! Trainers are always happy to give you tips on how to lose weight at home outside of your sessions! Always a great session
