Total Balance has been the greatest place of training for me . I have been in and out of gyms and with different personal trainers. This place helps u get great results . The trainers are experienced ,always working u hard and always changing it up . though they are working you hard , it's still fun .it has a great friendly atmosphere. If u are looking for results . Rob listened to my goals and then helped me achieve them. Programs changed regularly to keep it interesting. He is a wealth of knowledge about nutrition as well as fitness, so I have learnt about general health, not just exercise.
Rob and Sarah do a brilliant job! They're attentive, patient and friendly. I feel like they took the time to understand my fitness goals and put together a program to suit and I'm seeing genuine results. Each session has a little variance so I feel like I'm not missing out on anything. Also - I've found their session structure to be really good value for money.

I train with Sarah she is a great PT. At TBFT is like no other gym I've been. It's a lot less confronting and all the people are very nice and helpful.

I have never enjoyed exercising as much as I do training at TBFT. Rob, Sarah and Emily are extremely motivating and understanding to everyone's individual needs. Every week I can feel my fitness and strength improving and my weight dropping. I would highly recommend TBFT to anybody looking for an inspirational place to train.

I've never trained with people who truly care so much about how you feel inside and out before worrying about how you look. The whole team at TBFT are just amazing. I have been pushed to limits I thought weren't possible and have been helped so much through injury rehab. TBFT has a great welcoming atmosphere and everyone is 100% supportive.

I’ve been going to TBFT for years now and love it. The trainers are great and Rob is fantastic. There is a genuine care and interest in your training and other well being activities that you may be doing in your life.
The semi-private PT structure is great. It’s a fantastic trade off and balance between cost and individual training. There is usually no more than 3 others in the session working on their own tailored programs. Nobody else ever gets in your way or causes discomfort. You usually end up with small chit chat among like minded people.
The studio is air conditioned for those hot days and located in a nice private business grouping area.
Overall, love the gym. I wouldn’t even consider looking at alternatives as everything is provided for me here.
TBFT is great! I now looking forward to working out and meeting all the new people there. I've become stronger and fitter than ever before.

I started at TBFT in March and could not recommend Rob and Emily more highly. Their knowledge and ability to provide you with motivation is amazing. I have lost weight and feel more healthy and fit. They guide you with nutrition and as a family we now eat better food and are more aware of the additives that are put in many of the products. They provide you with an individual program to suit your needs and take into consideration any ailments that you may have, like dodgy knees! I highly recommend TBFT.

So glad I have found TBFT - sometimes you need help to get back into a exercise regime and I had put it off for far too long. Rob has helped do that!! I feel most comfortable in the gym, and know I have made the right choice with TBFT. Rob is great at keeping you on track & makes sure you are completing the exercises correctly - something that you don't find at other gyms. Wish I had found TBFT sooner!!
