As a self professed gym hater and avoider of all strenuous movement that requires coordinated movement, lifting weights... skipping... TBF has lulled me out of my phobia and introduced me to a balanced training schedule. Rob has been patient, but strict, in his approach to my trepidation toward fitness. He has factored in easy exercises at the beginning, building up as we go. His program is never dull and provides for an excellent all-round workout targeting all areas. Rob listens to my concerns, and adjusts training accordingly. I have had promising results so far, and am extremely happy to have joined TBF, and hope to keep going.
TBFT has been a great experience. Rob and the team take the guesswork out of health, fitness and nutrition. With carefully planned training and eating guidelines, together with great support, you will get results.
